Security Task Lead (STL)
PKH Enterprises is seeking a Security Task Lead to manage all industrial, information, personnel, and OPSEC/CUI security programs for DoW client under a unified Security Program Framework. SFPC certification required. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
• Manage full personnel security clearance lifecycle: SF-86 assistance, NBIS/DISS submission within 48 hours, continuous monitoring, and records maintenance at 98% accuracy
• Execute physical security inspections (100% weekly checklist compliance); manage camera/alarm monitoring 6AM-6PM; report incidents within 2 hours
• Maintain SCIF accreditation files; enforce 100% identity verification and visitor escort compliance
• Conduct monthly Security Vulnerability Assessments (SVAs); structure quarterly records audits to mirror DCSA audit methodology
• Manage industrial security program reviews, CUI implementation, Derivative Classifier training, OPSEC program, and annual COOP plan updates
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• SFPC certification (Security Fundamentals Professional Certificate) — preferred
• Direct NBIS/DISS processing experience with 98%+ submission accuracy
• SCIF inspection authority; track record of Commendable-rated DCSA inspections
• 7+ years DoD security management in a facility of comparable complexity (TS/SCI, SCIF, classified cyber environment)
