Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the plant maintenance department, including equipment, machinery, fixtures, facility systems, and material handling vehicles.
• Supervise, coach, and support maintenance staff to ensure efficient repairs and preventive maintenance execution.
• Partner with Production Managers to plan preventive and predictive maintenance activities that minimize downtime.
• Respond to urgent equipment repair needs and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Serve as the key liaison between maintenance and production teams to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize maintenance processes and reduce service issues.
• Work with OEM vendors and outside service providers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues.
• Analyze maintenance and APM system data to identify trends and recommend downtime reduction strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment maintainability, reliability, and facility infrastructure.
• Oversee facility upkeep and coordinate internal teams or vendors for repairs and property improvements.
• Stay current on new maintenance technologies, equipment methods, and safety standards.
• Support administrative functions such as ordering supplies, timecard assistance, scheduling, and audit support.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Prior experience in metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting background required.
• Experience with PLCs, CNC machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• CNC maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn maintenance software systems.
• Experience in ISO or TS certified manufacturing environments preferred.
• AutoCAD or 3D software experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work onsite in the Spokane, WA area.

Pay Range:
$33.00 – $45.67/hr DOE
