360clean is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams, support client satisfaction, and help create clean, healthy workplaces throughout the York, Pennsylvania area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in honest work, enjoys helping people succeed, and brings positive energy to every job site.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support commercial cleaning team members during scheduled shifts
- Train new employees on 360clean procedures, safety practices, equipment, and quality standards
- Inspect completed work, address deficiencies, and ensure consistent results for each client
- Help manage staffing, coverage, supplies, keys, access procedures, and job-site communication
- Build respectful, dependable relationships with employees, customers, and management
- Respond calmly and professionally to client requests or unexpected issues
- Set the example through reliability, attention to detail, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment
What we’re looking for
- Previous commercial cleaning, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach people respectfully
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and/or flexible hours as client schedules require
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift supplies, and perform hands-on cleaning work
- Comfort using basic technology for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and reporting
- A commitment to following procedures, protecting client property, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching
