? High-Rise Window Cleaner – $50K–$55K | Bonuses + Benefits
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $50,000–$55,000 annually

About the Role
We’re seeking experienced and safety-conscious High-Rise Window Cleaners to join our team. If you thrive working outdoors, are comfortable at great heights, and enjoy working with your hands, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily access with building engineers and security teams
- Safely tie-off and anchor ropes on rooftops using approved systems
- Perform descents from buildings up to 300 feet using a bosun’s chair, 7/16” ropes, and a full-body harness
- Clean exterior windows, sills, and frames using professional tools (soap, brush, squeegee)
- Carry and maneuver equipment (ropes, bosun’s chair, 5-gallon buckets) up and down 1–3 stories of ladders or stairs
- Work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
- Communicate effectively — no language barrier required
Requirements
- Comfortable and experienced working at heights up to 300 feet
- Physically fit to handle ropes (35–65 lbs), ladders, and buckets
- Prior experience in high-rise or rope descent systems is required
- Strong focus on safety, responsibility, and teamwork
