Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule for Maintenance Technicians:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or similar)
  • Shared on-call rotation for 24-hour emergency coverage

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform general plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs
  • Handle basic HVAC maintenance (no certification required)
  • Complete work orders and inspections using mobile technology
  • Assist with custodial tasks, trash removal, and grounds keeping
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies when on-call

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical work consisting of lifting, bending, maneuvering within small spaces, walking property
  • Beginner to advanced skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
