A Standard Night:
You’ll pack the van with the tools, cleaning supplies, and equipment needed to service a commercial kitchen, and head over to site one after the restaurant closes.
Your team spreads out with a clear plan based off the training they’ve received from either our trainers (at first), or you (once you’re fully onboarded). You break down equipment, scrub what the day’s service left behind, and restore every surface to inspection‐ready condition. Fryers, ovens, grills, stainless, floors, walls, drains, every area gets the attention it needs to be spotless by morning.
You keep the pace, support your crew, and make sure the work is done thoroughly and safely. Throughout the evening, you may go between multiple sites to oversee your crews and ensure everything is up to company standards.
When the kitchen is cleaner than when you arrived and everything is ready for the opening shift, you load up, close out, and head home, ready to do it again the next day.
