Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. A background in agriculture, landscaping, or lawn care is preferred, as well as experience with hand tools and power equipment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control measures safely and effectively, following all regulations and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up schedules.
• Operate and maintain equipment such ashand tools, and power tools used for pest control tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pest control or a related field such as lawn care, or landscaping is preferred.
• Strong sales skills to promote services effectively to clients.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and pest management techniques is an asset.
• Ability to operate various tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
