- Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to develop precise, competitive bids and budgets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Management and Budgeting to track financial performance and support value-driven project decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients and to present estimates clearly.
- Experience with commercial construction, including ground-up and tenant improvement projects, and familiarity with healthcare, hospitality, or corporate interiors is beneficial.
- Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and reading construction drawings and specifications is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in construction estimating, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important.
