As a Supervisor, Maintenance, you will oversee, and work alongside, a team of crew members to perform routine maintenance and repairs of buildings across the company’s campus, equipment, and utility systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, and work on special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar lead role
  • Excellent planning, leadership abilities, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Develop performance evaluation and provide regular feedback to their team members such as coaching & mentoring, setting expectations, positive reinforcement and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinating training sessions in facility maintenance, safety procedures, and methods
  • Taking part in developing maintenance policies and standards for an organization
  • Responsibly handling emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance
  • Routinely inspecting or auditing various elements of buildings and grounds, like elevators, fire alarms, security cameras and sprinkler systems
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
  • Labor scheduling and coordination.
  • Provide a tiered approach to managing day-to-day communication.
  • Maintain a “clean as you go” environment and support 5s initiatives.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, if required. Rotational after-hours coverage needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional education/trade school experience preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred; excellent communication skills
  • Experience with the following: HVAC-essential
  • Experience with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing strongly preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High aptitude for learning new skills.
  • Experience with scheduling jobs and labor for team; supplementing as needed.
  • Knowledge of commonly used tools.
  • Working knowledge of computers with an ability to open and read email, calendars, and event agendas
  • Experience with CMMS ticketing system preferred
