Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Cleanwork Solutions LLC as a Janitor / Custodian and be an essential part of our mission to maintain clean and safe environments. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to our commitment to excellence in North Brunswick Township, NJ.
Available Shifts:
• Shift A: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Shift B: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift C: Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Applicants must indicate their shift preference and availability at the time of application.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and floor maintenance.
- Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services from staff and management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
