Leasing Consultant
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Compensation: $18.00 per hour + $50 per Renewal and $50 per Recertification
 
*Anticipated Start Date - 1st or 2nd week of September!
 
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at a tax credit (LIHTC) apartment community in Fayetteville, NC. This role is responsible for leasing apartments, assisting with renewals and recertifications, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day property operations.
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience required</li>
<li>LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Experience with property management software preferred</li>
