About the Role:
Estes Handyman LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our swing shift team in Myrtle Beach, SC! Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across assigned properties or facilities
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential problems before they escalate
- Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related minor repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
- Document completed work orders and report any major issues to management
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
Requirements:
- Prior experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade
- Ability to work swing shift hours on a part-time schedule
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
