Major Food Group is hiring Kitchen Porters to join our team at Sadelle's & No. 1 STEAK located in beautiful Highland Park Village!
Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining and is home to the most elaborate bagel and lox towers, oysters, soups, salads, sandwiches and more!
No. 1 STEAK by MFG is Inspired by Dallas’ deep-rooted love for steak. Hosted at Sadelle’s after dark, No. 1 STEAK by MFG transforms the space every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening into an intimate dining experience with a distinctly Dallas sensibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas
- Clean and sort all dishes and flatwear
- Mop and take out trash as necessary
- Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls
- Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper
- Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, or similar role
- Dependable, hard-working, and punctual a must
- Full time availability required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills a must
