Pay: $18 an hour
Location: Hardeeville
Start date: ASAP
Duites:
- Floors: Sweep, mop, and vacuum large open warehouse floors, aisles, and high-traffic pathways using brooms, commercial vacuums, or ride-on floor scrubbers.
- Waste Management: Empty heavy-duty trash bins, clear recycling containers, and transport refuse to large dumpsters.
- Cardboard & Packaging: Gather loose cardboard boxes, break them down, and operate industrial cardboard balers to manage packing waste.
- Restrooms & Break Rooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and lunchroom tables. Restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Spill Cleanups: Respond quickly to clean up liquid, oil, or chemical spills on the concrete floor to prevent slip-and-fall injuries.
Periodic & Maintenance Duties
- Dusting & Detailing: Dust high storage racks, window sills, office computers, and warehouse printers on a weekly or monthly schedule.
- Facility Upkeep: Change HVAC/AC filters, clear vents, replace burned-out light bulbs, and handle minor touch-up repairs.
- Outdoor Maintenance: Sweep exterior entryways, pick up litter, and shovel snow or ice during winter months.
- Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supplies, chemicals, and paper goods, submitting reorder requests to supervisors when stock runs low.
