The Collins Apartments, a resort-style multifamily community in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Leasing, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Entrata preferred
  • Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
  • Ability to walk the community daily, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease apartment homes and conduct property tours
  • Convert leads into signed leases through strong follow-up and sales techniques
  • Prepare lease documents and collect deposits
  • Maintain accurate resident and leasing files
  • Ensure model apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready
  • Respond to resident questions and service requests professionally
  • Assist with marketing outreach and local business partnerships
  • Comply with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
  • Represent the community and company with professionalism at all times
