The Collins Apartments, a resort-style multifamily community in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata preferred
- Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
- Ability to walk the community daily, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartment homes and conduct property tours
- Convert leads into signed leases through strong follow-up and sales techniques
- Prepare lease documents and collect deposits
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing files
- Ensure model apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready
- Respond to resident questions and service requests professionally
- Assist with marketing outreach and local business partnerships
- Comply with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
- Represent the community and company with professionalism at all times
