<h3>Job Description</h3>
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southeast Georgia, just over an hour away from Savannah.

Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery</li>
\n
<li>Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects</li>
\n
<li>Lead, coach, and manage a team of 40 employees in a high volume manufacturing facility</li>
\n
<li>Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency</li>
\n
<li>Coach, train and develop direct reports</li>
\n
<li>Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems</li>
\n
<li>Manage spare part Inventory processes</li>
\n
<li>Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installation</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>5+ years of Management experience in a high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environment</li>
\n
<li>Solid PLC troubleshooting experience</li>
\n
<li>Strong Project management experience</li>
\n
<li>Excellent strategic and growth mindset!</li>
\n
<li>Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint</li>
\n
<li>Some ammonia refrigeration knowledge is preferred</li>
\n
<li>Excellent mechanical aptitude</li>
\n</ul>
