Leasing Consultant – Building Community, One Lease at a Time
About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be more than a guide; you’ll be a connector of people and possibilities. You’ll be the first friendly face prospective residents meet, helping them find not just an apartment, but a place to belong.
Your Impact
- Create warm first impressions and build lasting connections
- Showcase the best of our communities through engaging tours
- Walk applicants seamlessly through the leasing process
- Spark community pride through events, marketing, and resident engagement
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while leaving a positive impact
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process
- Respond to leads, calls, emails, and online inquires promptly and consistently
- Complete follow-up with prospects and work toward established leasing/conversion goals
- Process applications, verify required documentation, and assist with move-in preparation
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in the property management system
- Assist current residents with questions, concerns, and general customer service needs
- Support resident retention efforts, including renewal follow-up and resident outreach
- Maintain the appearance and reediness of the leasing office, model, amenities, and tour path
- Participate in property marketing and outreach efforts
- Assist with resident events and other property initiatives
- Work collaboratively with management and maintenance to provide a positive resident experience
- Complete other administrative and operational duties as assigned
