Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Arrowhead Talent Solutions is are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance team and ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all equipment and infrastructure within their facility in the Mesa area. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, optimizing production, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
• Manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and capital expenditure plans

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Understanding of OSHA and other relevant safety standards
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
• Certifications in maintenance or reliability (e.g., CMRP, TPM) are a plus
