Book NOLA — New Orleans, LA
Full-Time | Salaried | Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday

About Us
Book NOLA is a professional short-term rental management company based in New Orleans, overseeing a growing portfolio of vacation rental properties across the city's most beloved neighborhoods. We deliver hospitality that reflects the best of New Orleans for every guest who stays with us.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Property Manager to join our team. This role blends property oversight with hands-on operational support, including running supplies, checking properties, and making sure every home is guest-ready. You'll be a key part of what keeps our portfolio running smoothly across the city.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct property walkthroughs to confirm cleanliness, staging, and readiness ahead of guest check-ins
  • Deliver supplies, linens (Sundays/Mondays only), and amenities to properties on a regular route
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues: maintenance flags, missing items, access problems
  • Coordinate with cleaning crews, maintenance techs, and the operations team to keep turnovers on schedule
  • Perform light property maintenance and escalate larger issues to the right vendor or technician
  • Support move-in/move-out logistics, furniture setup, and property refreshes including light cleaning
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and property conditions
  • Respond promptly to time-sensitive requests, including same-day supply runs and urgent property issues
  • Represent Book NOLA professionally with guests, owners, vendors, and neighbors on-site

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided for work use on Sundays/Mondays)
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks in a day
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting supplies, light repairs, moving furniture
  • Self-starter who works well independently and communicates clearly with the team
  • Familiarity with New Orleans neighborhoods a plus
  • Availability for a consistent Saturday–Wednesday schedule, with flexibility for time-sensitive needs
  • Smartphone proficiency for logging tasks and team communication

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Company vehicle provided for work use
  • A supportive, close-knit team in a fast-growing local business
  • Room to grow with the company as our portfolio expands
