The Maintenance Manager is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, reliability, and performance across all production equipment within the machine shop. This position leads all maintenance activities with a strong focus on preventative and predictive maintenance, rapid response to equipment issues, and continuous improvement of machine reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team, manage maintenance planning and execution, coordinate outside service providers when required, and ensure equipment is available to support production requirements. This role is critical to maintaining production flow and reducing downtime in a high-mix, precision machining environment.
