Maintenance Worker
Full Time 9am-5pm
United Hebrew is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Building Services department to work as a key part of the team that ensures each visitor and resident has an enjoyable experience by making sure that the facility is well-maintained and operational
Full-time workers this position receive Union 1199 full benefits package, including paid time off (vacation, sick, personal), health, dental, and vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan. Part-Time is benefit eligible.

Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills required
- Two or more years of proven experience as a maintenance worker, construction role or similar
- Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing skills (changing electrical outlets, identifying and changing fuses/ability to identify and change toilet flush and fill valve, flapper, lever and floor flange)
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting a plus
