Affordable Housing Manager – Downtown San Diego Location
We are seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Manager to join our team at a community located in the San Diego downtown area. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, etc.)
- Manage resident relations and provide excellent customer service
- Supervise staff and ensure efficient property performance
- Handle leasing, recertifications, and compliance documentation
- Maintain occupancy goals and support overall community success
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in affordable housing/property management required
- Strong knowledge of compliance programs (HUD, Tax Credit, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with senior communities is a big plus
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8am-5pm
