We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to begin building a strong foundation in real estate through consistent action and coaching. This is a strong fit for someone newly licensed who wants to understand how the business operates and develop the right habits from the start.
You will learn through real experience, building confidence through repetition while improving communication and sales skills in everyday situations. As you stay consistent, you will learn to create activity, manage conversations, and build momentum using proven real estate systems that support long-term growth.
The focus is on learning through action, developing the ability to generate and convert opportunities, follow up with intention, and build a real estate business through simple daily habits. With ongoing coaching, practical tools, and clear expectations, you will have a path to continue developing and gaining consistency over time while earning rewarding commissions.

Compensation:
$140,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation
- Attend trainings
- Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc., to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
- Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
- Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required to work with clients and earn commissions
- Sales Experience
- A valid Drivers License is required
