We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for our New Port Richey area!
Join our team for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering weekly pay.

Position Overview:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping Apartment Communities in excellent condition. You’ll perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:

* Make Readies / Apartment Turns
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Drywall
* Painting
* Appliances
* Technician should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed service requests/work orders
* Full knowledge of HVAC systems

Requirements:

* Maintenance Experience in Residential, Apartments, Hotels or Private Homes
* Knowledge of ALL aspects of maintenance repair, drywall repair plumbing, electrical, and all appliance care
*HVAC Certified is "REQUIRED" for this position
* Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to communicate well
* High attention to detail
* Clear communication and ability to follow directions
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
* CAMT is a Plus!
