How You Will Make an Impact
- Execute crisp, compliant commercial pavement markings and layout patterns using modern application machinery.
- Interpret detailed construction blueprints and site plans to establish accurate mathematical dimensions and layout baselines.
- Operate advanced pavement marking machinery and maintain application tools to ensure peak job-site efficiency.
- Collaborate with field crew members to ensure commercial striping projects meet strict architectural specifications.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards across all job sites while adhering to project timelines.
- Adapt quickly to shifting field conditions to resolve layout obstacles and maintain clean project execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years hand-on experience in the field of commercial pavement marking and striping operations.
- Demonstrated professional experience in pavement marking, striping, or specialized commercial civil construction.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and accurately execute work directly from construction drawings and site plans.
- Strong applied mathematical skills necessary for calculating surface layout geometry, spacing, and material ratios.
- Uncompromising attention to detail, strong work ethic, personal honesty, and a self-starter mindset.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ or more years of hands-on experience in commercial pavement marking and striping operations.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with the operation, calibration, and routine upkeep of modern commercial striping rigs.
