We supply qualified leads directly into your pipeline, eliminating the need to build a client base from scratch. As a Zillow Preferred partner, you'll have access to high-intent buyer and seller leads from one of the most-visited platforms in real estate.

Whether you're newly licensed or a seasoned professional, we offer onboarding, training, and ongoing education to enhance your skills and increase your volume. Our commitment is to help you improve, not just stay busy.

SUPPORT

You're never alone in your journey. We provide comprehensive back-office support, in-transaction and listing coordination, ensuring that paperwork, deadlines, and details are managed efficiently. From initial onboarding to continuous coaching and marketing resources, we equip you with everything you need to succeed confidently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction process, from the first conversation to closing. Utilize the leads and tools we provide to manage and expand your pipeline. Foster lasting client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business. Represent Works Real Estate with professionalism in your market.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome both experienced agents and those at the beginning of their careers. An active Oregon or Washington real estate license (or one in progress) is required. We value strong communication skills, follow-through, a self-motivated, client-first mindset, and comfort with using technology to operate a modern real estate business.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
