We are looking for a maintenance man with HVAC experience who is also willing to learn and handle other repair tasks as needed. Responsibilities may include general maintenance, troubleshooting, and fixing various issues around the property. Job mostly consists of maintaining HVAC system minor plumbing and appliance repair.
Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to learn new skills when needed.
