Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated sellers and conduct listing consultations
• Develop pricing, marketing, and listing strategies
• Manage listings from launch through closing
• Present and negotiate offers and contracts
• Build strong seller relationships and generate referrals
• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction teams

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Virginia-licensed Real Estate Agent who is driven to win listings, grow their production, and build lasting client relationships.

• Active Virginia Real Estate License required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Confident, professional, and client-focused
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Coachable and committed to proven sales systems
• Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Team-oriented with a strong growth mindset
• Listing or real estate sales experience preferred, but not required
