We're looking for a skilled Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment.
In this role, you'll work closely with production teams to ensure machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
What You'll Do
✅ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues
✅ Set up and adjust automated and manual machinery
✅ Replace tooling, punches, and machine components as needed
✅ Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns
✅ Identify root causes of recurring equipment problems and implement solutions
✅ Complete preventative maintenance schedules and documentation
✅ Maintain inventory accuracy for maintenance supplies and spare parts
✅ Support production teams and equipment reliability initiatives
✅ Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Required Qualifications
✔ 3+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, or manufacturing maintenance experience
OR
✔ Technical training combined with relevant maintenance experience
✔ Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
✔ Experience performing preventative maintenance (PMs)
✔ Electrical troubleshooting experience
✔ Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
✔ Experience working with production machinery and automated equipment
✔ Understanding of root cause analysis and continuous improvement
✔ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
⭐ Experience with molding equipment or molding operations
⭐ Industrial automation experience
⭐ Vision inspection or optical inspection experience
⭐ Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions
⭐ Strong documentation and maintenance recordkeeping skills
