Job Description
- To complete work orders, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- To assist with unit turns and prepare apartments for move‑in
- To troubleshoot and repair basic appliance issues
- To maintain common areas and support property upkeep
- To ensure all maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards
Required Skills
- Experience in apartment or property maintenance
- Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and time‑management skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Must have own tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multifamily communities
- Familiarity with make‑ready processes
