Maintenance Technician
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Compensation: $23.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community in Fayetteville, NC. This role is responsible for completing maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and helping maintain a safe and well-maintained community for residents.
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience required</li>
<li>EPA Certification preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and team-oriented</li>
