Job Overview
Real Clean Portland is a growing cleaning company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. We provide residential and commercial cleaning throughout the Portland metro area.
This role starts part-time, with full-time hours beginning in December 2026. Technicians work alongside our team and drive to client locations throughout the day. Assignments and schedules may vary from week to week, so flexibility is important.
This position is a great fit for someone who is reliable and honest, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values its people.
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned client locations and arrive on schedule
- Work with team members to complete residential and commercial cleaning jobs
- Perform general cleaning tasks, which may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Follow Real Clean Portland’s cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
- Treat client homes and businesses with care and respect
- Report any damage, safety concerns, or supply needs to management
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Honest and trustworthy, since you will be working in clients’ homes and businesses
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, kneel, and lift cleaning equipment for extended periods
- Flexibility with schedules and assignments as business needs change
