<li>Prepare and Complete Service Requests/Work Orders</li>
<li>Inspect Grounds and Common Areas</li>
<li>Update Inventory Logs</li>
<li>Troubleshooting Repair Issues</li>
<li>Install Locks/Make Keys</li>
<li>Maintenance Team Support</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a related field</li>
<li>Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities.</li>
<li>Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation.</li>
