Key Responsibilities

1. Follow up promptly on provided buyer and seller leads.
2. Schedule and conduct property showings and host open houses.
3. Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals.
4. Draft, present, and negotiate purchase offers and listing contracts.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

1. Active Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in licensing courses).
2. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
3. High level of self-motivation, accountability, and coachability.
4. Ability to work full-time hours with evening and weekend availability for client showings/open houses.
5. Reliable transportation and smartphone.
