Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a 24/7 manufacturing facility in the Manteca, CA area.

Responsibilities:

- Plan staffing, prioritize work, and keep maintenance aligned with production demands.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and daily equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel through hands-on leadership and technical training.
- Work closely with production leadership to prioritize maintenance needs and keep operations moving.
- Review work orders, PM schedules, and equipment issues to improve response time, reliability, and maintenance effectiveness.
- Reinforce plant policies, safe work practices, and accountability across the maintenance team.
- Support training, skill development, and continuous growth within the maintenance organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, communication, and maintenance processes.
- Participate in safety investigations, corrective actions, and initiatives that improve overall plant performance.

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year leading, mentoring, or directing maintenance personnel.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- BS in engineering or a related field if preferred.
- Proven knowledge with CMMS systems.
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
