Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Support / Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting daily operations. This role combines light maintenance, facility upkeep, customer assistance, and errands to ensure the shop runs efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning throughout the shop, office, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain shop organization and assist technicians and staff with daily operational support.
- Run company errands, including picking up parts, supplies, and making local deliveries.
- Maintain the exterior grounds, including the parking lot and entryways, ensuring a clean and welcoming appearance.
- Provide friendly, professional customer assistance and support other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a shop environment.
