PROPRE PRESS is a premium residential and commercial cleaning company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and care. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for leaders to join our team to serve our clients in the Greater Eastside (Kirkland, Bellevue, Renton).
We are seeking part-time cleaning specialists. This role is not your typical cleaning role. You will be the face of our business when we are cleaning, you will be delivering an exceptional customer experience, and you will have opportunities to grow. This role is not for those who want to "go through the motions." This role is for those who want to challenge themselves, help grow a new brand, and potentially develop their career by learning sales, marketing, and business ownership skills. We are trying to redefine "cleaning" and its stigmas, and our compensation and benefits reflect that.
Working hours are CURRENTLY VARIABLE. While we procure more customers, jobs will be variable. Expect between 5-10 hours per week to start, with an eventual ramp to 10-20 in 2-4 weeks, and then 20-40 in 4+ weeks. Also keep in mind that if you would like more limited hours, that also works - just make that clear from the start.
A good fit for this role is someone who:
- Is comfortable and confident speaking with customers.
- Has an excellent attention to detail.
- Has reliable transportation to and between jobs.
- Has a great sense of humor.
- Wants to earn more (we pay well hourly, and have quarterly bonuses).
- Is seeking part-time work on a flexible schedule.
- Is a hard-worker that is great at what they do, but want to work when they are able to/can.
What we offer:
- $23-$35/hr depending on experience
- Travel mileage reimbursed at $0.76/mile
- $50/week stipend for food/groceries (if 20+ working hours a week)
- Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives
