We provide full software systems for generating and tracking leads. The Agency offers full education and training 3 days per week to ensure our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

Now is the time to increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 6 months or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to put 2-3 transactions pending a month with our systems.

Compensation:

$47,186 - $250,000+

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential real estate.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property values.
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
• Maintain your real estate license in Virginia.

Qualifications:

• Licensed real estate Agent/Broker in Virginia.
• Committed to Full-Time work on your real estate business.
