Stevanato Group is seeking Maintenance Operators (TMP) for our Fishers IN site!
Objective: Maintenance of the production lines.
In this position the Maintenance Operator will:
<ul>
<li>Execute maintenance work on the production lines, according to the maintenance plan and MTL indications</li>
<li>Receive and share a report of the breakdown and activities that occur during the shift</li>
<li>Report any machinery non-conformity detected in terms of efficiency, safety and quality</li>
<li>Record all production activities on the dedicated software and/or form</li>
<li>Execute a line setup and support production during start-up phase</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement activities, both internal and external</li>
<li>Support colleagues, new employees and operators in production activities when needed.</li>
</ul>
Qualification Requirements
<ul>
<li>Read electrical diagram and mechanical drawings</li>
<li>Breakdown analysis and problem-solving techniques</li>
<li>Mechanical, electrical, software and automatic inspection system knowledge</li>
<li>Maintenance software knowledge</li>
<li>Ability to use main maintenance machine/tools</li>
<li>Computer/Microsoft office</li>
</ul>
 
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
