Maintenance Specialist (Blackhawk County) $26-28/hr.
Valid driver’s license required. (CDL Preferred or Willing to obtain)
2 years of maintenance experience required
General knowledge and background in troubleshooting and repairing of Various trades.

- Vehicle Maintenance
Ability to interact professionally with individuals, staff, inspectors, vendors and the public.
Ability to deal with emergency situations while still keeping a safe work area and ensuring safety equipment is operational.
Physical/Mental Requirements
Must pass a background check for criminal history.
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the job verified through a physical upon hire and every four years thereafter with a TB test prior to hire.
Must pass a lift test.
