We are seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee site security at a fast-paced distribution facility. This role ensures asset protection, compliance with security protocols, and coordination with third-party security teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce access control, visitor, and driver procedures
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and investigate incidents or inventory discrepancies
- Handle vendor management and facilities/maintenance tasks
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and theft investigations
- Manage badge systems and train employees on security practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of security experience (distribution/warehouse preferred)
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and protocols
- Facilities/maintenance experience + vendor management experience required
