- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and reduce downtime through effective problem-solving.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Support facility, utility, and building maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance.
- Industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair
- PLCs and automation systems
- Motor controls and VFDs
- Robotics and automated manufacturing equipment
- Electrical schematics and control wiring
- HMI systems and industrial controls
- Mechatronics, robotics, and automation training or certifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.
