Allied Reliability is hiring a Commercial Cleaner to keep a high traffic facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right and can work independently or as part of a team.
What you'll do
Handle daily cleaning of designated high traffic areas including hallways, restrooms, elevators, and storage units. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces. Stock restrooms with paper products and soap. Dust and move furniture as needed. Clean windows, glass, and mirrors. Follow chemical handling and power equipment procedures, and keep supplies stored safely. Attend staff meetings and required training.
What you need
High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Minimum 2 years of job related experience, ideally in facilities, maintenance, or custodial work. Ability to stand, stoop, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. Solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the reliability to show up and get the job done.
Working conditions
Occasional exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and cleaning chemicals.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position.
