Job Description
About the Role
Blue Science is expanding into other home services! We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Pest Control Certified Applicator to help us launch and grow pest control as an additional home service to our customers.
We currently serve a large customer base in the pool industry with a number of shops throughout our service areas in Texas and Florida. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who is excited to help Blue Science build a new service from the ground up in Dallas, TX.
Our position comes with a competitive compensation plan, including great base pay, Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare, Pharma, Dental, 401k, and annual bonuses. The right candidate will play a key role in our long-term success in building out this new division of our business. We are looking for someone who wants to make an impact, takes ownership of their work, is willing to train and develop other team members, and is excited to help build a successful pest control division within an already established and trusted company.
This position would start as a hybrid, flexible position for a few months doing pest control work as well as some pool cleaning responsibilities (we will train!) and then migrate into only pest control as we move over a number of our existing customers into pest control services. We are looking for someone who is an expert in the pest control industry, great with customers, and is flexible, humble, and willing to grow within an organization!
