Position: Building Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25.00+/hour- Based on experience
Shift: 1st - 9:00am-5:30pm
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $25+/hr. Based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve minor maintenance issues
- Perform repairs on fixtures, hardware, doors, and hinges
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas such as restrooms and lobbies
- Perform light landscaping, grounds upkeep, and seasonal debris removal
- Monitor safety hazards, equipment issues, and building damage
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and general upkeep of daily operations
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in general building maintenance or facilities support
- Comfortable using hand and power tools, capable of furniture and fixture repair
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and work outdoors in varying weather
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance issues
- Reliable transportation and ability to work first shift
