Rendering Maintenance Manager
Location: Millsboro, Delaware
Job Type: Full-Time | Relocation Assistance Available
We are seeking an experienced Rendering Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a 24/7 industrial processing facility. The ideal candidate will have direct rendering industry experience, strong maintenance expertise, and a proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel and contractors.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and troubleshoot failures.
- Manage maintenance budgets, safety compliance, and capital projects.
- Provide on-call leadership support for a 24/7 operation.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 3–5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Direct rendering industry experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to provide on-call support as needed.
