Job DescriptionSpecialty: Urology Type of Position: PermanentShift/Work Schedule: Clinic and OR Monday - FridayWork Hours: 40 hours/week (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)Call Schedule: 1 weekend a month, plus 1-2 weeknights per week. Doctor is on backup call with AP taking 1st call.Start Date: ASAP. Credentialing takes 120 days Facility Type: Hospital based with clinicClinical Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Telemedicine Patients Per Day: 20-30Procedures required: General Urology. Robotics available . Support Staff: CMA/LPN/RN/APCCredentialing Time Frame: 120 daysLocation: Stillwater MN, Hudson WI, New Richmond WI, Amery WIAdditional Location Information: Multiple sites in MN/WI available.
