Apartment Leasing Consultant – Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $21–$24/hour DOE
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Career Strategies is now hiring an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for a community in Hillsboro, OR. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can confidently manage leasing responsibilities while delivering excellent service to residents and prospects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and engage prospective residents
- Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
- Follow up on phone, email, and internet leads
- Maintain accurate resident files and data entry
- Provide outstanding customer service to current residents
- Assist with marketing efforts and outreach
- Support day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Prior apartment leasing experience required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
- Comfortable working Saturdays
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with property management software is a plus
