Hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician.
 
Pay: $26-$31/hr, based on experience
 
Shift Times:
<ul>
<li>8:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday with possible on-call duties</li>
</ul>
 
Position Type: Full-time, Contract to Hire
 
Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Capable of interacting with residents and subcontractors in a positive, professional manner.</li>
<li>Flip apartments in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot/repair HVAC units.</li>
<li>Plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repair.</li>
<li>Record, complete and close maintenance work orders.</li>
<li>Participate, manage and implement effective preventative maintenance.</li>
<li>Proactively assist with common areas maintaining per policy.</li>
<li>Repair exterior building as needed.</li>
<li>Capable of drywall repair, touch-up painting.</li>
<li>Equipment maintenance and repair.</li>
<li>Perform landscape construction and planting as needed.</li>
</ul>
 
Maintenance Technician Preferred Candidates:
<ul>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting capability</li>
<li>Strong HVAC repair experience, EPA certification required.</li>
<li>CPO certification strongly desired (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Must have current and legal drivers license.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Technical computer skills is a plus.</li>
</ul>
