Career Strategies is actively seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic apartment community in the Louisville, KY area!
As the face of the community, the Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for showcasing the property, securing lease agreements, and delivering exceptional customer service. Position Details:
- Job Title: Leasing Consultant
- Location: Louisville, KY (40216)
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and assess their needs through effective questioning and use of guest cards
- Accurately document all phone and in-person inquiries and visits
- Maintain and organize guest cards in accordance with company procedures
- Foster positive relationships with residents and vendors
- Distribute community notices and announcements as directed
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits tailored to the prospect’s needs
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready by scheduled dates
- Support the property management team with various administrative and leasing tasks
- Always represent the community and company in a polished and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Leasing experience preferred
- Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
- Reliable attendance is essential
- Experience with Yardi software is a plus
- Positive, friendly attitude with the ability to remain professional in all situations
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, and Excel
